For our most recent production run, you’ll notice a Best By date of October 25, 2025 printed on our packaging. As a founder-led brand, we chose to set a shorter shelf life than normal, not because the product required it, but because we wanted to make sure our customers always enjoy our vegan cookies at their best.
We believe in under-promising and over-delivering when it comes to freshness.
To validate our approach, we partnered with Alliance Analytics, an independent third-party food testing lab, to conduct accelerated shelf-life testing at 40°C/75% RH.
The results? Both our Loaded Vegan and Dark Berry Vegan cookies remained fresh, stable, and safe for at least 8 months- well beyond the conservative date you see on our packaging.

Conclusion: After 56 days of accelerated testing (equal to ~8 months real shelf life), both cookies maintained safe microbial levels, stable moisture, and excellent quality.
